We know that Saddam must be either dead or seriously wounded since he cancelled his TV appearance the other day. But why did the y pick teh Information Minister to deliver it?
It's because he wa the most replaceable guy if we bombed teh TV studio. After all, they could easily hire Peter Arnett!
