Arnett Interview: Cartoon Sounds?

Has anyone else noticed when the networks play the Arnett interview on Baghdad TV that you can hear sounds in the background that sound like cartoon noises? I seem to hear the typical sledgehammer "boing" sound over the audio. Curious whether that's on the tape or if some jokester in the U.S. put it there. I've heard it when it's been played on several different networks.

I heard that in the sound bite played on Rush's show. Had to replay it to confirm it, and, yep... there is a BOOOOIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNGGG.

it's saddam. after the first night, his perceptive powers have been limited to watching tom & jerry and -- his favorite -- itchy and scratchy.

that's why he has that moronic grin in all the videotapes. they bring him in, prop him up, and he gurgles like a baby. they wipe away the drool, do 10 seconds of video, and prove the great leader is still running things.

Maybe Peter recorded over some private porno movies where the sounds were not rerecorded very well? LOL

I kept hearing it every time it came on TV & told myself, "there is no other TV on in the house...is there?"
