Especially since they are often "volley" firing them, without first locking a radar onto the targets. If you lock a radar on, or even fire the radar up at all, you are likely to find yourself with a HARM up where the sun don't shine.
That's an intersting analysis, and I would have to agree that since they don't have much of any radar left, volley fire is all they can do.
My question is this: Is it indicative of SAMS (what ever type the Iraqis use) for their propellant to ignight as the SAM site cooks off it's missles in an attack ?
