Yellow ribbon circle the City of Thousand Oaks, CA. This morning teams of expert bow makers (including Mayor Fox of Thousand Oaks) tied the trees along Lynn Road, Hillcrest Road, Moorpark Road and Olsen Road. Creating a giant circle. Brenda Freeman's message to her son Eric rings loud and clear.
