I do ask a minimum of attention to the league.

Managers should be willing to do the following:
1. Keep their e-mail addresses visible to the other managers.
2. Reply to all trade offers within 48 hours. If you are going on vacation, post a note to the others.
3. Bargain in good faith.
4. Keep it light. This is a game about a game. It's not like this is politics.
5. Have fun.
