To: Our man in washington
I vote for Lord of the Rings for the sheer vastness of the story. However, I do have one reservation- the second movie carried a very anti-technology message with the Ents .

Well, one night after Oscars. I didn't get 20 posts on this thread, so I can't name a winner. But "Lord of the Rings: the Two Towers" did awfully well among those who voted. It's how I would have voted.

Nevertheless, this thread and a few related threads prove that not all creative folks are lefitsts. I definitely think a bump list would be in order on the subject of conservatives and the arts. I'll send out a freepmail to those who I think might be interested. This list would include only those who reply that they are interested.

Of course, there might be a bump list on this subject already, and I'm not on it. If that's the case, please enlighten me.
