Q&A still going on, but he named it very early on: The one question Hans Blix has to answer is, "Has Saddam completely disarmed?" If the answer is anything but an unequivocal yes, it's time to roll.

Bush is very somber. He knows how close we are to war. He knows that no matter what the UN does after Blix reports Friday we are going to war.

Whether we're waiting for the 101st to get its supplies offloaded in Kuwait, or some other units to get to their jump off point, we are going in real soon...

It doesn't appear Bush is waiting for diplomatic game to be played out. The timing is strictly according to the war plan.
