Being in your position is better than being a single, 29 year old virgin.. trust me on that one. I'm a conservative, going to school. It never bothered me that I didn't have a boyfriend because I had so much problems. Except now I'm getting lonely and hope God blesses me with a boyfriend.
I understand your plight. Don't look too hard though. Sometimes when you stop looking, they come.

I'm not a party going type of guy. In fact I've never been to a party in my life. It's probably just as well. The women you meet there tend to be the party-going type--generally superficial and bubble-headed.
How about a different kind of party? Get involved with your political party at the local level, or at your local college or university.

In fact I have worked for political campaigns before. I forgot to mention that.

Don't go looking in the bars. Church is probably a good place to start. I am not religious myself but I'll bet a good number of girls there are looking for a mate although I don't know this for a fact. Don't let them fool you, they like sex like anyone else. Just use good sense. There are a lot of free web sites, you could investigate that. I do know of some folks who have successfully found their mates there. Work relations are always kind of iffy and probably best forgotten unless it is just a perfect fit. Find something of a common interest. Lot of women at the race tracks. Maybe you could get there and look in the camp grounds where they congregate the week before the race. My wife and I met through a mutual friend. Been married 30 years.
Let us know how this turned out. We may need your suggestions ourselves some time in the future.

What's tough about going to Church? It may look like women are having fun partying and carousing, but in reality my friend they are only trying to fill a void that only God can fill. You probably won't understand this right now at 20 (I didn't until I was 26), but you have to love God first, before you can really enjoy the love and mutual respect of a real woman.

I wish some lady would get a grip on me...LOL.

The woman picks the man; I think that's true in all of nature.
It's the survival of the fittest, pure and simple.
Go achieve somthing that impresses women, and make financial achivement part of it.

It is better never to marry than to marry the wrong person. Be patient, and be careful. Show the characteristics that attract the right kind of person: honesty, humility, a sense of humor, consideration for others. Don't go for some silly twit just because she shows interest in you. The girl for you is out there. She may still need to grow up a little. You still have time.

One of the earlier posters made a good observation. A lot of women are simply apolitical. Maybe you need to change the subject to something else if that is where you gravitate. That might be a turnoff. Never be dogmatic even though you know you're right. Listen to their concerns and guide their thoughts to the right answers. You'll find out soon enough if your date has anything between her ears.

I know how you feel... most women just want to be treated like dirt.
Most women must have treated you like dirt. Human beings want to be understood and appreciated.

Check it, playa. The problem you have is that you are searching. Quit it!
Be you and no one but you. When the one you desire appears before you, you'll know it.
Other than that, have fun and play on playa! ;-)

Well...Church as ruined for me about 5 years ago because people at my church basically had a 'click' and for whatever reason I was not a part of it, I have no friends and am treated badly by the people there. Sound like an excuse? It probably is.
