My brother-in-law says he saw a show where two brothers names were pronouce Lamonjello and Oronjello, but were spelled Lemonjello and Orangejello. Also heard of a Richard Biter who insisted on being called "Dick." Then there's the one about the girl who saw thought the Hospital named her Feh-MAH-lay, after seeing the baby's sex indicated on the tag of her newborn.
