Okay, I've downloaded the Spider Zip. Now, how do I get it to clean up the Index.dat files on my puter?... Did you ever do this and if you did, how did it go?

No, I could never get it to work. I'm now fighting 'pop-ups' with 'Popup Stopper', but it is still a nuisnace.
