Hey, Prentice! I have good news - the roof is repaired! Now my realtor is ready to go after the previous owners, and see how far we get. The next project is to get the interior damage repaired. It will be nice to get that all taken care of so I can move along to my next project - probably the yard. Then we're having oak flooring installed in the master bedroom. After that, it's on to the kitchen. Need to replace the flooring, and I want to yank out the cook top and replace it with a decent gas range, then yank out the old built-in oven and microwave. I plan to put a flash oven in. Then replace the tile counter tops with, I don't know yet. Tile is OK, but the grout is a mess. At least the cabinets are nice, I'm not going to mess with those.
