When I was in Saudi Arabia in May of 1991, it was very breezy. In June, July, and August.. the air didnt move... not good for spreading chemical (airborne) agents.
BTW, I just saw on Nightline that troops are getting $300 a month for hazard pay, thats twice what we got in 91-97... thats a good chunk of change for an enlisted person!

Sorry it's late in coming but it's about time we start treating our military better considering all they do .. actually I think they should get more
