Nope. He gets to sit out recess for a week.

He was riding his rollerblades in mom's house LAST WEEK and fell over a step and strained his arm.

Yesterday he was jumping for a ball at school and landed wrong on his ankle, bad sprain, and my darling not-a-moment-to-soon-to-be ex had it X-rayed, and oh - while we're at it - shoot his arm.

The X-ray tech thought he saw a break, so I got to run him to the orthopedist today.

Upshot- plantar facicitis on his foot, strained muscle in his arm. take it easy, stay off the foot as much as possible, RICE (Rest-Ice-Compression-Elevation) and Advil as needed.

We wouldn't be surprised if he would neglect to mention a broken arm, he has a high pain tollerance, and is easily distracted by a more interesting environment. I'm just glad it wasn't really broken.
