what typr of tree is it?

the neighbor across the street's home owners may cover it...

lumber companies buy trees worth harvesting... long sections without limbs

if it won't fall on your house, don't worry about it...

It is a Douglas Fir 9 feet in girth and 225 feet tall. If it falls on the neighbors house, there won't be a house, or a neighbor.

Because of the twisty roads to the location no one seems to want it. I am having trouble giving it away for her.

We have Douglas Firs fall on houses quite often up here...Usually don't destroy the house...If a person is in the room it hits they could be in trouble though.....
