A Bloody Caesar is made basically with vodka and clamato juice. Mott's Clamato juice is probably the best generally available. You'll have to experiment with the exact quantities to match your taste.
In a big highball glass, pour 1.5 to 2 ounces of vodka (not one of the flavoured kinds of vodka, yuck!) over ice cubes. Sprinkle in celery salt, several shots of Worcestershire sauce, 7 or 8 drops of tabasco (less if you prefer but it should have some). Here's the key to my really good ones: you can squeeze in lemon or lime at this point, but I always squeeze in half a lemon per drink when I'm using good sized highball glasses. Then fill it up with clamato juice. Stir. DEE-lish!! A lot of people like to stick in a celery stalk to stir, it's not necessary, but does make for the best tasting celery you ever had! Use tomato juice instead of clamato juice if you want a Bloody Mary.
You're welcome!
