Govt's don't create Corporations. Individuals do. Gov't, in this day in age, stand in the way of corporations via regulations (sometimes for the good, most times, at the impiedance of)

Individuals comprise a corporation - governments created corporations by fiat. The "Inc." label recognizes a special entity, different from an individual (limited liability, ostensibly to encourage investment and entreprenuership). That is the bottom line.

Govt's don't create Corporations. Individuals do. Corporations cannot exist without government. The whole point of corporations is that the owners personal wealth is protected. Who offers that protection? Government.
