1st. Redlipstick. I am sorry that you were questioned about the dog hair thing. It was not my intention to get everyone stirred up.

What we all need to think about before posting is this:

The TRIAL is OVER.

We all have seen the evidence, and we have our concept of what we think was important or not.

We all have our view of DW's guilt or non-guilt.

I would say that at this point in time, No one is going to be jumping the fence.

REDLIPSTICK said the dog hair put her over the fence sometime in the past, and I don't think you are gonna argue away the dog hair anymore than She or Cync.. can argue away the things I think important or bogus.

Please have the respect that when one person asks another something and says they won't criticize or argue with it, follow suit. It is just common courtesy.

If we all would QUIT ARGUING the trial and evidence, and put our efforts into searching the released documents and latest news/SD-UT/CTV(or any source) for SOMETHING NEW !, then we all might find a good platform to conduct discussions or debates.

All this arguing over evidence isn't going to change anything for anyone and seems to provoke a lot of darts and arrows (personal attacks).

REDLIPSTICK,CYNC, and others that Believe in DW's GUILT are HARDHEADED. Well, SO AM I. SO are those that believe DW is not guilty (worse, actually, since we are counter to the findings of the JURY).

The stuff RED and CYNC believe is proof is kinda flaky. WELL, most of the stuff that we believe about DW and that night is flaky also. We can't prove much of it. And the things that are proveable didn't help in COURT.

I am not trying to tell anyone to give up their view or change their mind. Just saying respect their right to be as RIGHT or WRONG as WE ARE and maybe we can have some productive discussions without all this anger. (end of soapbox)

SO, anyone got anything NEW ?

Nothing new. We all just have to accept that we disagree, and honestly, both sides are so dug in with their opinions, that EVEN if anyone changed their mind, it would take hell and high water to get anyone to admitt it after all this time...I believe this.

What we can only hope for, is that if DW is truly guilty, he will make a total and complete confession and put this all to rest. Because, quite honestly, there is room for doubt, on BOTH sides of the isle.

OTOH, strange things happen, and we may get some surprises down the line. But that's wishful thinking on my part.

Good post. Like I said, I don't like to hold grudges on the forum, and I hope ALL of us can put our thinking caps on for current events, such as new crimes to solve. Regards, sw

I read (somewhere) SD-UT is not going to post anymore of the unsealed documents. This may or may not be true. I hope someone will post them. Any info from anyone would be appreciated.

I saw the documentary on San Quentin. What a horrible place to be. Especially if a person is there with a reasonable doubt of his guilt.
