"All of us" ... so you read minds too?....excuse me, I didn't mean to include any of your heartless friends that might be posting on this thread.
....by the way, what if anything do you know about loosing a child?
To: demsux
Cherokee Young was NOT a complete stranger. She was a good friend of GARY. She was knew Westerfield.

The different ending would have been life without the possibility of parole, but the poor Van Dams would not have had to live through the torture of the trial.
To: bvw
No, its not spite, it is truth. No matter what they do, where they go to escape the notariety of their father's actions, they will still have to live with the fact that their father is a convicted killer of a small child.
The effects of this crime will ripple generationally for a long time in both families.

And 11 months of trial threads would never have existed, nor would there be any DW fan sites on the net.

California law provides an automatic appeal to all death sentences.I'd be willing to offer him a semi-automatic appeal.

Cherokee Youngs was a stranger to the VAN DAMS...you know, the house she was invited to, where the girl disappeared.

Yesterday morning when Mr Feldman was ranting and raving about the media in his Motion to Modify, he could certainly have slipped in some harsh words for the SDUT for smearing his client by printing the false plea bargain story.
That story hurt his client and he never even mentioned a word about it even though it was false and horribly prejudicial and even though he was attacking the media harshly during that motion? Did he just forget to bring it up?
In the months since the plea bargain story surfaced, Feldman has never denied it. Never.
To: sissyjane
yes it would have been over quickly...but he's in some major denial.. (ie:he wrote in his christmas cards to friends that he was collecting child porn to turn over to congress..yah right..they need "his" help so much)
To: sissyjane
Don't listen to dems rude name calling....he's got some bees in his britches.
WRT:brenda flirting with strangers...I saw flirting with strangers in bars back when I was a youngster..nothing new here. Dems just needs to move along..
To: redlipstick
True..to deny is to lie maybe?
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
Feldman kvetched and moaned about his public image in the interview he gave to the Jewish newspaper. He whined relentlessly about the SDUT and CTV all during the trial.
BUT he was willing to use an unnamed source from a magazine article to try and get a continuance, remember?
To me, his silence on this story speaks volumes.
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
Dems just needs to move along..Tis you that needs to move along, kimchee. I still have my doubts...supposedly, you don't.
This whole ordeal is over for those without doubt, so why don't you just move along, now?

I thought you never wanted to write me again..besides, you lost credibility the moment you threatened...who was it?
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
That was a silly comment to make and didn't help him.
