YES..... the bad training can be undone. My pit bull "Buddy" was beaten half to death. he had to have 90 stitches on his face and there is a huge bald scar on his face along with several other scars. It took A LOT OF WORK to undo the emotional scars he has suffered, but I now have the BEST dog in the entire world! He is still afraid of men a little bit, but he has improved soooo much. I will always have to watch him around other dogs and strangers, but one should do that with all dogs anyway.

In temperament testing done worldwide, Pit Bulls passed with higher scores than almost every other dog. You have to work hard to make them mean and aggressive to people. They are known for their friendliness and they are great with kids. Anyone that has owned the breed, and taken good care of one, will tell you this. This breed has been the victim of more abuse and media hype and slander than any other breed. It is completely undeserving. THEY ARE WONDERFUL DOGS!!!!
