Well, not really. Prolly the difference for me with those two movies was the "gotcha" element seemed a lot more intense in Signs. And maybe because in The Sixth Sense the dead people aren't really trying to hurt the kid.
Those demon elements in Ghosts still spook me when I see 'em tho...
