You mentioned problems with the CDRW drives in your classroom... it could be the speed for which the blank disks you're using are certified. We have relatively new computer systems with high-speed CDRW drives, and we found that if we tried using our old blank disks with the new drives, they wouldn't work

Thanks Bear, I'll check into that. With being new to teaching, learning to do lesson plans, learning to actually stand in front of a room and teach etc. I usually put stuff like the system problems on the back burner. But, it's very frustrating and something that I've got to address more as I get into this classroom teaching bit.
