(I can handle the chicken dance after a few adult entertainment beverages).Yep, that's what they all think...
;-)
What gets me is these "Greatest Generation" gals that have not a speck of grey in their hair out there doing it. I never fail to wish I had a video camera, it's like something out of America's Funniest Home Videos.
They do it here every year at Oktoberfest...
sigh.

That's what we're fighting for, and it's a battle worth fighting. And I know it's hard on America. And in some small corner of this vast country, out in Nevada or Idaho or these places I've never been to but always wanted to go--[laughter]--I know out there, there's a guy getting on with his life, perfectly happily, minding his own business, saying to you, the political leaders of this country, "Why me, and why us, and why America?" And the only answer is because destiny put you in this place in history, in this moment in time, and the task is yours to do. ~Tony Blair... speech before congress this last weekI would suggest this... they rearranged it to avoid an obvious copy job, but that is Sam's speech at Osgoliath!

What gets me is these "Greatest Generation" gals that have not a speck of grey in their hair out there doing it. Heh...I've seen that (okay, probably have been that...). A few years ago, when the Faberge eggs were traveling, the social event of the season was the "Faberge Ball." The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts has (or had) the most extensive Faberge collection outside of Russia. We worked the event with our photographer friend. I had also worked the Steeplechase races that spring.
It just reminded me...doesn't matter how nicely you're dressed, or how much money you have...ugly drunk is ugly drunk.
(I don't do ugly drunk no more)
