The Two Towers was excellent. Gollum was amazing. The charge of the Rohirrim - breathtaking. Always glad to see more Gimli -- even as comic relief. PJ didn't completely humiliate him like the Trek writers did with Worf.

The switching between stories was a bit noisome (cutting to the Ents during the Helm's Deep battle is like switching to the Ewoks during the Luke/Vader duel! argh...) and the narration by Galadriel seemed unnecessary.

These objections will likely fade with repeat viewings.

Hullo to all the early viewers and reviewers! - Good comments already! - Looks like there is room for discussion here with everyone's different takes!

Rosie, I am so impressed that you went on the spur of the moment. That is such a cool thing to do!

I liked it.
There was a lot of good stuff in this!
There were alot of jokes. Some of them sounded an awful lot like our jokes! ;~D
I liked Faramir.
There was not nearly enough Legolas ;~D
I am not sure how the battle ended.
We were sitting way too close! ;~D

Still processing!

LOL, yes, all of my objections to the last movie did that. I'm embarrassed now when I recall them posted here last year, or somewhere. Once I bought it and watched it with the rewind button it was all over. They were - the music, which I do love with a passion now - the Boromir scene, not clear or powerful enough; though if I've ever seen a more powerful scene in a movie I can't recall what it would be. Stuff like that.
