It isn't all that, really, though it ain't bad from that angle! I don't photograph the old mobile or the store next door on the other side!

The old mobile is not an issue for me - ESPECIALLY in light of that view. I lived in a trailor until we bought the house by W. The last 3 years I was in Austin I found a place to rent to park it 40 yards from Lake Travis. My kitchen window, front door and part of living room faced west looking across the lake at the hills so I could watch the sunsets there. It was breathtaking. If I looked the other direction there was just a bunch of other shabby houses. But, I had one of the BEST views in Austin from my front side of the house. I was in heaven.

As for the store, gee, I thought that was a perk. After 17 years of living 8.5 miles from the nearest store I find the nearness of stores to be something I can value here. I used to smoke. If I ran out of cigs the stores that were 8.5 miles away closed after 10PM and I had to go 14 miles for smokes!!! Ugh. You know, sometimes it just happens.
