Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

LOL I will probably hang out here quite a bit. I should tidy up the living room at least before Steve gets home and the kitchen is a mess from lunch...
I made Matthew a bowl of home made chicken and rice soup from leftover chicken from last night...and then made myself some rice pudding with the leftover rice!
It's a disaster in there.
I don't like adventurous days...I like bland days, just like Matthew likes bland food.
I figure I tore my leg open crawling through the bathroom window...looks like a big deep rubbed area, you know?

BTW.... I am wearing a little jean skirt today since it is nice out and I felt like being a girl.
Haven't worn this skirt in a long time, over a year I bet. And I still don't own a scale, but I know I would not have wanted to try it on a month ago....

Steve will be home in a few minutes and mentioned something about going to the game late, so the boys won't get bored...going toward the end.

I prolly won't chat/view tonight after all. A friend just called from home. She is leaving now to come up for the night. She is worried about me.
Myranda decided that it's not necesary to make a trip by here to say bye or anything before leaving for Germany. Smeagol was with her. My friend picked up Smeagol and is bringing her back here. Have no idea what Myranda thought she was going to do with Smeagol since she wasn't bringing her home. I guess my friend knows that this kind of hits me harder than I thought.
Hell, I don't like life this summer.
