Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

If anyone wants to they can send the next check as soon they want. I will hold them until I need to send them in, probably in July.
We should take an accurate inventory of who is staying at the castle or not. This should be a solid commitment at this point.
But if someone wants to pay now, go ahead and send something at the 11 person rate. If the number of people goes up then I can prorate the deposit amount that would be due. If less than 11 commit than I can start begging for more.

I specialize in geriatric rehabilitation. I've worked at several nursing homes. You really get attatched to the residents. They are with us 24/7 and it's home. Such special and interesting people. The best compliment I get is when a family member tells me "Mom had a good time but she said she was read to go home".

Was thinking about just letting this one implodeI hate to thinkk of the competition to make the last post!! A super bottom of the page, if there ever was one. Still will need to get ready to start the new thread though.

Ecurbh, can you take the info in the table that I just posted above, along with ksen's answer to let's just pay at "11" and ping that out to the list? - Perhaps this kind of discussion is what we should also move to your place in the entmoot forum.
