Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

I liked 4-10s when I was working in an office. Very cool shift hope you like it!Well I like so far, since I got to go home 3 hours early today. Managed to get a little work done on the forum. Added an Amazon banner, and links to chat and back here. And tweaked the layout just a tad. Looks like a nice day to be at the beach! It was absolutely gorgeous here today. I would rather have gone for a hike, but had to make do with a walk to work.
I better hit the hay. I have to get up early to go to the dentist. Ick.

Yep. And my postage that I figured was right on the money...$71 exactly. I weigh all the packages on an antique baby scale then figure it on the online postage calculator. Got exactly right.
So we had 34 cents when I got done.

Yeah, we are having a tropical wave move to the south of us, it's in the Caribbean. But it is close enough to give quite a few showers. The mosquitos are getting pretty ferocious, with all the rainfall the past few weeks. 'Course it's the rainy season.

Hey, Jar Jar...the one on my shoulder up above...is sick! I'm going to put her on some Terramicin from the feed store today. She just sneezes and sneezes. The terramicin is very cheap...about $3 for 300 gallons of the stuff!

I got an email from Lisa. Said it takes some planning to have someone around at the right time every day to turn the eggs, but, quote "The kids have been faithful."
She is going to candle today and let me know how many are growing...I'll let you know.

Good morning. It's Monday...yay.
OK weekend. Sometimes my siblings drive me up the wall and vice versa. We did that a lot yesterday.
Got back some cute pictures of Fiona, Tam and Halvah. Have to scan some in one of these days.
