Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Re you downloading it or trying to stream it?
I recommend always downloading it, even on high speed, streaming is choppy.
Right click the link and "save target as" - save it to your desktop, then play it.

Once it stopped in the forty something percent. Then at 59 percent, then at 75 percent. Each time I left it running and running and running. The last time I went in the kitchen and made my supper while it was at 75 percent for like 30 minutes. I haven't tried again yet, I was getting my email set up on this computer.
HUH, it's going slow. I keep chasing rabbit trails. of what all the other guy left on here. like a link to a singles site with his log-on automatically signing on.....
