The Hobbit Hole III - Journey to the Cross-roads!

Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Journey to the Cross-roads
The Two Towers Edition
Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Spend time today contemplating what you can do to justify His sacrifice. That's a very sobering tagline.
To: Overtaxed
Sure, I can turn it off...but it's not that terrible. He'll be here in a while and be able to see the papertowel and even the water dripping.
Sigh.

By the way, meant to thank you for sending those pictures! I think I missed one set (I got two and three, but not one), but maybe you can send it to me again later today? I think until I download mail, I may not be able to receive the final batch.
To: Corin Stormhands
Sorry. :) But, it was what I thought of to do.

Please, no apology necessary. It is sobering in a good way. We should be somber today remembering the significance of what He did for us.
To: RosieCotton
That's probably it...I'll send the first one tomorrow...ping me and remind me, if I forget!

I have to wait until I get home to see it.
To: Corin Stormhands
Yes, he did. He brought to us hope; the kind of thing that Americans have brought to the people who have suffered in Iraq, only, times infinity. :)

LOL...I noticed when I went it right now and saw I was over my e-mail limit. Can you use my home e-mail from now on? It's:
sharladawn717@msn.com
Thanks for the updates! It was great to see the pics!
To: 2Jedismom
I got the one with the whistles and the men at a card table and the stuff on the wall. Were there others you tried to send? (I got the DDD too) If there were some I missed can you e-mail my home address? I'd love to see them.
To: Dawntreader
Ok...I sent you two more emails, to your home address.

I want to make this graphic smaller when I post it...about a third this size...or smaller. How would I do that?

Hullo! - Sorry your pipe is still leaking! - What a pickle! My new hay racks are installed, and all the dead shoplights in the barn are replaced! - It is bright in there again! (They had been going out one by one for some time.. I was down to 2 out of 8 working!. But it takes two people to change them, they are the 8-foot long ones! Dad to the rescue!
New hay racks in their day-shelter, the lean-to outside. This is where they eat their breakfast... Maybe now they won't just spread it all over and waste it!

What did you think of that guy on the first page of the Dispatch I sent out? He looks like he would be plenty handy to have around the place!

Okay, Corin is going away (from the PC) for the evening.
Today, I've managed to pick a fight with the yankees, the Mormons and the anti-Ritalin crowd...
dang, I miss g'nad....**sniff**
