There is interview footage in one of the film clips you are avoiding where Billy Boyd is talking about escaping from the orcs and finding Treebeard. It goes kind of like this:

Billy Boyd: We escape from being prisoners to being in the very bosom of nature....

Dominic Monohan: Mmmmmm. Bosom.

Billy: What? Did I say Bosom?

Dom: [nods] yahhh
