"Plaintiff is a resident of Fort Bend County Texas residing at 10422 Village Lake Drive, Missouri City, Fort Bent County, Texas."

The above is from the Plaintiff's Original Petition, page I. I have little or no legal knowledge and have no idea if it even matters if a legal document contains misspelled words. I just wonder if there is, in fact, a Fort Bend and a Fort Bent....or does it matter?

I am assuming that it is pretty easy to file a lawsuit, poorly and self written or not.

No, there are not two counties. It is Ft. Bend. It also mentions that these offenses hapened in Sugar Land, but it says she resides in Missouri City. It also mentions First Colony, which is a subdivision near Sugar Land. I still think this is bogus.
