This is the first year I'm not stuffing the turkey. I always have before and no one ever got a hint of food poisoning, but today I'll just make it separately. It doesn't feel right, though.

When I was cooking turkeys, I'd stuff them with sliced apples and oranges, and cook the dressing separately - yum.
