You do see what has happened here?

Walt has you arguing against the "intent" of the Constitution from his belief that it's "intent" was always tyrannical in nature.

Neither "intent" nor the written words of the Constitution can be interpreted as tyrannical except through the twisted vision of lawyering the document into a tool of destruction.

I believe the Constitution means EXACTLY what is written, no more and no less. Walt thinks that his gods Marshall & Licoln walk on water, that that some divined intent is the law of the land.

If the founders intended for something to be the law, they would have included it. Instead, they fought for and obtained the 9th and 10th Amendments - which refute their ludicrous arguements.
