Forward that e-mail, with all headers intact, to the Secret Service. Their e-mail address for that is "419.fcd@usss.treas.gov". This is an example of "Section 419 Fraud," a scam run out of some central African countries.

Excellent advice. I was about to suggest sending it to the FBI, apparently the SS handles this junk. That or just delete and ignore it.
