I know there's got to be a creative solution for the Halloween trick or treaters in the DC area. Halloween was one of my most favorite holidays when I was growing up. And our parents would let us eat all the candy we wanted that night and the next day. And then then candy would mysteriously disappear. My mom figured that it was easier to have sugar crazed kids for a day or so than drag it out. My dad would get all the candy and hide it or throw it away, funny, we never noticed it. :)
My best friend just called, she wants to do a road trip to Vegas. :0 The band Journey is playing in Vegas, and that is right around my birthday. I'll be there for Comdex anyway, so she is driving down with a couple of friends, we'll meet, go to dinner at a fabulous restaurant, go to the concert, and spend the weekend playing. Then I'll drive home with them on Monday. Sounds fun to me...
