Thanks, Ill - Computers are like cars, I suppose....they've become an evil necessity. It would have been ever so nice if HP had spent the couple of bucks and provided a recovery disk to begin with.

I'm surprised they didn't. The two HPs that I have did, including the one I bought just a few months ago.
