You've got it all screwed up! The flood occured before the Chinese and Egyptians even existed! The flood was during Noah's time! Get it straight!

That's odd.. I thought I saw your FR name when I just glanced at the early parts of the thread, but that can't be since you're a newbie. Well, anyhow, the dates of Genesis would place the Flood at about 2304 BC; the first dynasty of Pharaohnic Egypt was back in 3050 - 2890 BC. In 2304 BC when the silly flood is dated would fall in the reign of Pepi I, 2nd ruler of the 6th dynasty of Egypt. Strangely enough, Pharaoh Pepi I evidently survived the flood and went on to rule until 2283 BC. Do you suppose he was on the Ark?
