Scientology started calling itself a religion many years after it was started, in order to avail itself of the special legal protections afforded to religious groups.

What's your take on Scientology? As for myself..after doing a little research and study, I find them inherently evil.

When does reporting on-going judicial abuse constitute "religion bashing" when the so-called religion has its fingerprints all over it? I think that the fear of retaliation by the Scientology Litigation War Machine is having its desired effect which ultimately abridges free speech. That's why free speech should be allowed everywhere. They can't sue everybody.
