Cold fusion has been confirmed, but is held up generally because of fraud,
including that which happened in 1989 at MIT's Plasma Fusion Laboratory.

As this is posted, the Federal Appellate Court (Federal Circuit) is covering up the effort of several individuals to obtain US patents on their work
even as competitors outside of the US have received their patents from their countries.

The Federal Appellate Court should be FReeped until they demand the US Constitution is followed
which as of today, it is not.

Actually, if I were able to demonstrate a successful cold fusion device, the LAST thing I'd do is patent the sucker.
