Hmmmm....I know there are some special cards you can get to put inside your computer, that allow for screen captures. I use a place, called Computer Discount Warehouse, that is pretty good about carrying a lot of stuff. Now, my new graphics card I installed, came from Wal Mart, and it has a place for a cable to be run from it to the telly. I am interested in the same thing, but I just cannot afford the stuff, right now.

Check out the ATI Radeon 8500 DV All In Wonder card.
need a good powered machine though, and probably the latest windows. You can build your own TIVO system with the hardware and software!

I also recommend a recent
ATI All-in-Wonder card. I don't have one myself, but have seen them in action and they seem to work well.
You'll also need server space to upload the captured images to in order to make them visible on the internet. You'll likely need to pay for the service since most, if not all, free webspace providers (like Geocities) prohibit graphics on their servers from being used on a foreign site.

I use an ATI TV Wonder VE card but I don't think I'd recommend it to anybody. It crashes my system every once in a while. The software with it could be better. The resolution could be better to.
Once you captured the frame you want to post you have to save it to your hard drive as a JPG file.
Then you have to upload it to a website that allows image hotlinking. Lots dont. Recently I've been using my free Yahoo Photos account and that works.
Once you do all these steps you have to get the image URL address and include it in your post.
