"Gosh, you don't suppose those LDS people actually believe in all that Christian charity stuff, do you? The poor, dead loser needed all the friends he could get. Even his own mother and siblings "couldn't make it" to his memorial service. Yet there were the hated LDS members, praying their hearts out for him."
we actually had a person here celebrating his death and that it was God's divine will that he died....Christian????

I think it is grand that the LDS church found some good in Ricci, and I am glad that my church gave him last rights as well....that is the way it should be....

I'm glad you pointed all that out. Some people seem to think that because Ricci was a criminal that he didn't deserve any Christian charity. Thank God that none of us get what we deserve.

As I've already said once, Ricci was God's creation.
Therefore, there was goodness in Ricci. That goodness came from God. I just fail to see where there was any goodness in the man that came from the man himself.
Who's celebrating the man's death? And I see your friend is engaging in the time-honored tradition of lecturing to Christians on how best to be Christian.

we actually had a person here celebrating his death and that it was God's divine will that he died....Christian???? That is another outrageous lie! I was not "celebrating his death", I simply asked the question of whether or not Ricci's death was "devine intervention". Paul Harvey said the next day that the case "had been referred to a higher court". Was he celebrating too?
Do you live such a miserable, pathetic life that you have found it necessary to twist and distort hard facts in this case and attack personal opinions expressed on these threads?
