RICCI: I don't know. I don't even think the Jeep has anything to do with the disappearance, to be honest with you. I just think if it was Rick's Jeep that was gone, it was just weird timing. Now, I did call the mechanic at one time, and this is important to me. I called him one time to talk to him about the mechanical problem. The mechanic went into a different mechanical problem. I said, no, THE ELECTRONIC FUEL PUMP. and he conveyed to me, oh, I have two, three white Jeeps here now.

Two Infallible Proofs

Evidence 1) She says she called on the day the electronic fuel pump was repaired, this was May 30.

Evidence 2) She says when she called to check on the electronic fuel pump, there were two, three white Jeeps there. Earlier in her statement she says "if it was Rick's Jeep that was gone", implying it might have been one of these other people's Jeep that actually disappeared on May 30, not the Ricci's Jeep. She's implying the Jeep that disappeared from Moul's lot on May 30 may have been the Jeep of a different owner.
