Well, I was going 10 rounds with those that said Bush signing CFR was a stroke of genius. Those were some of the most idiotic comments I've ever heard.

Exactly. And if they could have left it at the "stroke of genius" argument without getting personal it would have made a difference. That's when FR went downhill for me--though I don't blame FR as a whole. I love this website. I confess, during that time I thought about leaving. I decided I have too many friends here that know how to disagree with me from time to time and still work together.

One thing I like about FR is that, with most people, you can be at each other's throat on one thread about one issue, and guarding each other's back on another thread about another issue.
