When we take back the Senate, the President is free to send up ANY CANDIDATE HE CHOOSES without regard to the ABAs Rating. The democrats having rejected (I forget Picks rtng, but Owens was Highly qualified) to ABA Approved candidates, will not be able to moan about the President Cramming the Bench with Right wing judges the ABA does not like, because it will be immediately pointed out that they, themselves disregarded the ABA in rejecting these two fine people.
Their actions have finished the job the President started in nullifying the Leftwing ABAs position in the Selection/Confirmation process. They are no longer relevant.
