POMPANO BEACH -- A 22-year-old man has admitted to intentionally locking up and leaving two dogs and two cats in his apartment to die. One of the dogs did die, but the other animals survived and were rescued.

Charles Serviano was arrested Wednesday morning on multiple charges of cruelty to animals after he turned himself in to the Broward Sheriff’s Office.

Maybe this guy can be tossed in an arena with a few Rottweilers and Pit Bulls.
