Hands gripped behind his back, standing ramrod straight on deck, Andrew Urbanczyk and his strange raft were hauled into Santa Cruz Harbor on Friday afternoon, frustrated in his quest to sail across the Pacific Ocean.
He was headed to Japan, or maybe Hawaii, or wherever the winds would take him.
