" Ricci told the officer he was suffering from a headache and breathing problems, prompting the officer to call for medical help."

I just now got the time to go back and do some research on this. From what I can find, today's Deseret News article is the first to mention headache (a classic symptom of a ruptured aneurysm) as one of Ricci's complaints. Five news sources (FOX News, MSNBC, Salt Lake Tribune, KSL.com and the Associated Press) all report only that Ricci was experiencing difficulty breathing when he called for assistance.......none of these news sources reported a headache as being one of Ricci's complaints. It might be noted that among those five news sources, 3 different LE/Correction Dept. spokespersons are named as providers of information.....none of the three mentioned headache as one of Ricci's symptoms.

From the brief reading that I have done on ruptured brain aneurysms, I can find no source which lists breathing difficulties as a commonly related symptom. I have, however, found several sources that list severe headache as the most common symptom.

I just wondered when (and by whom) the headache had been added on as one of Ricci's initial complaints.
