From the mormon board re Ricci status, and who's Danites?--

Subject: OK, Ricci in critical condition? Sounds like Danites.,/b>

Theory:

If the abductor was LDS
Ricci was innocent of the abduction
Bump Ricci off
The REAL villain goes unsuspected
Truth remains a "sacred secret"
No body found
Case marked "unsolved"

The news media should be all over this. Utah is full of secrets and this case seems to be, too.

May be so but I don't think there are too many who believe he did it.

Someone got to him. Gave him something to eat or drink or injected him. He could have had his wife do it if she had contact with him. Whatever it is, it has not been found yet, if it ever will. This is Utah!

He might think it is better to be dead than deal with Utah justice Mormon style especially in a Utah prison. Or he is a modern-day Danite victim!

Why was Ed Smart in a jury room with Ricci's wife where he begged her to ask her husband for help in finding his daughter. Why are they in the same room? That is just plain odd. Why is he allowed to talk to her?

And why is Ed Smart so focused on Ricci? Makes me wonder if he knows more than he is letting on about Ricci and his buddies.

I doubt it would take much to get someone to do away with Ricci in Utah.

the Smart family has been the of disingenuousness, and ie only ntellectual dishonesty.

Ricci looks like, at best, a pawn in a much larger game.

The only way to explain his situation is (a) he knows something, and (b) if he talks, he's toast.

Obviously, the Smarts have no real interest in finding their daughter....

THAT'S the real tragedy.

Best wishes.

"They thought he might be brain dead before he went in," Russo said. "Now, it's too early to tell if he will have brain damage if he survives."

------- OK, let's think a bit logically here . . .

Would the Dr's at the hospital know that there was foul play? If it were drugs or poison, would they not find it in his system?

Col Thomas, you are a guard in the prison system. How could anyone have access to Ricci to hurt him? It would probably be at court, unless a guard were bought off.

Maybe Ricci just had a stroke from all the pressure he was under from being the "fall guy." And yes, I do think he is a fall guy or they would have found some evidence by now.

Where did you ever find such a pathetic crowd of human beings. You're a very sick woman, Bella.

"He might think it is better to be dead than deal with Utah justice Mormon style especially in a Utah prison"

that caught my eye, Bella, because it is surprising to me that so many felons are out and about in Utah.....Ricci by all accounts should have still been in jail..

there seems to be several felons in that famous trailor park...or the "theme park" as someone put it....
