I don't know when Utahn children start school, but Elizabeth should/would be starting the 9th grade, soon. :(

You have no clue. Dinse has repeatedly said they need Ricci to tell them what he did with the Jeep between May 30 - Jun 8, where he went in the 1000 miles, where he drove in the mud with the machetti on Jun 8, where the evidence is he took out of the Jeep, why he won't admit to having the Jeep in that period, and who he left Mohl's Repair Shop with on Jun 8, so they can clear him.
Refer to Post 747.
Moul told a Smart family member that when Ricci left the shop June 8, someone was waiting across the street for him. The two appeared to walk toward a parked blue van, Ed Smart said.
I thought that is what NETH MOUL told the LEO's ? This was just Ed Smart saying this? That Moul told a family member that Ricci walked with this guy to the van?
Question: Did Neth Moul tell the PD that, or just the family? This is question I would like an answer to. It may be in print, but with so much I have read, I don't recall the PD making this statement.
Does anyone remember this???
Concerning your garbage in this post, let me explain something more to you. We have the right to get a driver's license in our states, but we don't have the right to drive drunk down the left side of the street at 140 MPH in city limits. You must be someone very young and think you're very bright. I hate to disappoint you. Please go back to this forum with posters like minded to yourself and give this forum a rest from your pollution.
Iwo Jima, reread what jengaio wrote about "crackers." She did not mean it in the way that offends you and me.
I don't have anything against the Smarts, I think they are probably very nice if somewhat naive people. I don't have an ax to grind against anyones's religion. I know some Mormons who are very nice people, as well as some Catholics that are also good people, the same can be said of other denominations.
I also have nothing against the FBI, the SLCP or any other LE involved. They are what they are, and for the most part are dedicated to solving crimes. Just like with Christians, there are some good ones and some that still need some improvement.
Having said all that, I just have a lot of questions about the case against Ricci. Too many things don't add up. I am not suggesting a conspiracy or that the Smart's are involved. I just don't know. I would hate to be on a jury and have to convict Ricci on what we know. However I do believe those of us who aren't convinced he is guilty have a right to our opinion, no matter how foolish some of the posters might think we are.
Perhaps to some the comments made when there is a disagreement are clever and just "smart repartee" no pun intended, it is to others painful to see the forum falling to basically just attacks on how stupid someone is for having a differing opinion.
Of course there is right to difference of opinion. I for one have questions about the SLCPD in the case. But I don't making blasting accusations that I can't back up. I point out that I'm not saying there is something wrong here, but there does appear to be question.
The problem I have is with posters that are constantly salivating to trash every word Ed Smart makes, even when the answers to these questions are obvious to the rational posters. Many people time and again will bring up points that have been proven wrong to them on several occasions, these people are flat out dishonest.
Again I refer to the example of having a driver's license. You are only licensed to drive responsibly, not to drive drunk.
