I don't know when Utahn children start school, but Elizabeth should/would be starting the 9th grade, soon. :(
Because it's obvious.
I did read it -- didn't change my mind to the possibility of runaway.
I imagine there are many white jeep cherokee's in that area and surrounding areas due to the description of the area..I wonder if the relative was Tom? Another goose chase??
There was the statement in there about her hair possibly being different. My take on this is that if she is being held against her will then her captors may have altered her appearance. I also think that while the family is hoping that this is the case, they realizes that she is probably gone. I think the more telling statement is for hunters to be on the lookout for anything out of place, including suspicious smells. IMHO, the chances of this being a runaway are incredibly small. I've stated my reasons in the past and so I won't repeat them unless you want me to.
Sandude, I know it's been discussed previously, however, due to the time frame given that the police were called, the relatives and neighbors coming to the home, IF she ran away, someone in that crowd that nite had to know if they reported her as a runaway, they wouldn't get any help from the authorities. As you know, there's many things that haven't been released, plus, who knows what the authorities are doing and saying so that the perp doesn't get nervous and harm Liz if she's alive, which I feel she may be. I really wish this case was an open and shut case, but it isn't. It's still questionable.
I thought that the docs said earlier that she did not show signs of brain damage...now in this article they still mention it....I hope not and I hope her vision will be okay
what is the penalty for doing this to this poor child?...to me, it is the equivalent of murder....he murdered the young innocent child within her....
I think not.
How many miles to Elko, Nev.? A goodly ways, as I recall.
RICCI has been hospitalized..
not sure y, but his wife is at his side, was breaking news on local news channel 4, they said they would update as info becomes available.
This is just so typical!! Every time we hear something about this case it only leaves MORE questions.
The questions that come to mind with this "news flash" are.
1. Which relative?
2. Why now?
3. Was this relative there?
4. If someone saw this jeep near the time of the abduction, why tell the relatives and not the police? If that's how it happened.
And AGAIN, WHY NOW?
Could this case get any stranger or more confusing???
I think she was doing this on some kind of personal hunch because it didn't make sense with the facts of the case. Elizabeth was kidnapped by someone in their mid to late 30's that matched the description of the man seen lurking in the neighborhood by the milkman and by the security guard at the hospital just before the kidnapping, not by some 14 year old like Lois seemed to be addressing. It didn't make sense and she only did it a few times and that was at the very beginning before they really knew what was happening I think.
Truly working on it, like they're going to find some answers?.............. None. You never know but this seems so similar to the Chandra Levy case it doesn't inspire much hope.
he is on life support at u of u hospital, he called gaurd to his cell, then he collapsed, stopped breathing, the did cpr to no avail, was and has been kept on life support after being taken by air to u of u hospital
No doubt Uncle Tom.
